How to reduce Heart Blocks

Now a days almost 90 to 95% of people will have at least one or two cholesterol blocks due to our food habits.


To remove or not to have heart blocks and to improve our heart functioning,

We should have food


-having anti oxidants, soluble fibers and anti cholesterol items.


-should dilute the blood which has become thick due to regular pumping.


-should digest easily and give more energy.


The following diet is suggested by Raju garu to reduce the cholesterol or heart blocks.

vegetarian food will not have cholesterol.
should completely stop non veg, butter, ghee.


should have one to one and half litres of water in the early morning:


Water will dilute the blood and wash the fat deposits. If we drink less water, blood will become thick.


after an hour, drink one litre of water again


have vegetable juice in the morning with 1 or 2 spoons of honey.

After an hour, eat sprouts of 2,3 varieties:
These sprouts will have alpha leno lenic acid which is anti cholesterol. If you are not suffering from obesity you can have handful of soaked peanuts and coconut.You can have dates also if you are not having diabetes.
If still you are feeling hungry, have some fruits like guava, papaya


After 2 hours, drink a glass of water. try to have one litre of water before lunch.


In the lunch,
have food with no oil(slow poison).
have green leaves daily. The more you eat curries, the more protection to your body.
Try to avoid salt as much as possible.
can have small cup of curd or butter milk



After 2 hours, drink a glass of water. try to have one litre of water before having juice..


Have citrus fruit juice.Diabetes patients should eat the fruit not the juice.


For dinner,


Have dinner as early as possible.


If you can eat raw veggies(Don't try this if you can not have raw curry)
grate ridge guard, snake guard, bottle guard,tomato,cucumber,carrot(little) and add green chillies,lemon juice,curry leaves,small cup curd(optional).


Eat at least 1/2kg of curry(no oil) with chapati



If you feel hungry in the night add 1 or 2 spoons of honey and lemon to water and have it.


The above diet will also reduce the weight and diabetes.


Along with the above diet, You should do Meditation.

vegetable juice

By drinking this juice you can give anti oxidants, micro nutrients, electrolytes, soluble fibers to your body.It also contain the anti cholesterol items.

You can use any of the following vegetables in the juice:
Carrot (Diabetes patients should use only one carrot)
Beetroot(small piece,More beetroot can cause irritation in the throat)
cucumber(dosakaya)
tomato
bottle guard(sorakaya)
snake guard(potla kaya)
ridge guard(beera kaya)
pumpkin(boodida gummadi kaya) if available
curry leaves(4 or 5)
drumstick leaves few(if you have any eye problems)
green leaves(if you have grown them by yourselves without using pesticides)
Vegetables that should not used for making juice:
beans,any variety(chikkudu)
brinjal(vankaya)
okra(bendakaya)
Tindora(dondakaya)
Cabbage
Cauliflower
Green leaves
To grow the above vegetables, farmers will use pesticides regularly. you can include above vegetables f you can find organic.
Start making the juice with the carrot, tomato, cucumber and beetroot, if you want the juice to be tasty.
Once you get used to it, you can add remaining vegetables for the juice.
While making the juice put tomatoes, cucumber into the mixer or blender first(you can avoid water for grinding)
filter the juice using a cloth, add lemon and honey and have it in the morning preferably on an empty stomach. You can have it in the evening also if its not comfortable for you to have it in the morning.
Diabetes patients can add 1 table spoon of honey. Others can add up to 4 table spoons of honey.
You can replace honey with dry dates powder.
Adults can take 300ml to 400ml of juice. children can take up to 200ml of juice.
You should have this immediately. If you want to have this juice after an hour or half an hour, please keep it in air tight container. You should have this juice with in one and half an hour as juice will get oxidized.
Don't drink the juice at a time. Have it slowly so that the enzymes in the saliva can improve the digestion process.
