Carrot celery juice

 Ingredients:

2 large carrots

3 celery sticks

1/4 beetroot 

1 cucumber 

1 lime 

1 inch ginger( increase or decrease as per your taste)



Put all the above ingredients in the cold pressed juicer.

It’s a good idea to alternate between juicy an non juicy vegetable pieces(e.g. carrot, cucumber, beetroot, celery)

Discard the pulp, you can use it as a compost for plants.

You can add a teaspoon of raw honey.

This juice brings such a joy to the mind.

Cold pressed juicers keep the nutrients intact.



Notes:

Ginger helps with the digestion and prevents gas.
Ginger has anti-inflammatory and anti bacterial properties.
Carrots are rich in Vitamin A and beta carotene.
Beets helps in reducing blood pressure and also good for digestive health.
